I was very happy to find this store. The price is good, I am able to pay with PayPal, the shipping is fast and the product is great. What else one can ask for?

Excellent product. Very pleased with my purchase. My body and balance are improving and circulation is coming back in my feet as well as my legs.

Product changed my life. No more foot pain while skiing or running. I am very active yet had super tight feet. My feet are more flexible and stronger. I love this product.

I bought these for my mom (age 68) who has like 9 out of 10 of the foot/leg/knee problems listed...after using it just once she immediately told me she could feel a difference. Yes it's going to hurt...a lot...while you are doing it the first few times, definitely use socks! It's been about two weeks and she's used it every day and swears it's improving her foot mobility and she feels she can walk longer distances without feet cramping or soreness.

These are wonderful! The first time I used them, my entire foot felt alive like never before. Not only great for all parts of the foot, but also gives a good flexibility workout to the ankles. I am a teacher and a ballroom dancer. Fantastic!
I love all of the yamuna balls and products.

Having these is like having my own masseuse. There is nothing more enjoyable than using these at the end of my day. Relaxing and reinvigorating.
Rejoice!
I love being active and have plantar fasciatis. I'm fine with certain shoes but am a cripple if barefoot. At first I could only sit and rest my feet on them. Now I can stand and really enjoy and appreciate the time I spend on these. Yes, pricey, and definitely worth it.

These things have taken ten years off me! I no longer get out of bed in the mornings feeling creaky as I wait for the blood to start circulating in my legs.

I do not have problems with plantar's fasciitis, but I stand most of the day at work, and just want to stretch out and massage my feet well. These took a little bit of getting used to, can be a bit intense in the beginning, but now I can stand on them and even lightly hop on them. My feet feel "loose" afterward, all the way past my ankles. I look forward to using them and am happy with the results, The CD that comes with this item was very helpful. They work well for me.

I've actually done body work at Yamuna Zake's studio when it was open in NYC so these weren't new to me. I bought them for my son who works on his feet all day. The DVDs are really helpful in learning how to use the various balls and believe me you'll find that with steady work your pains will vaporize. None of it feels natural at first but as you do the work you'll find it really all does make complete sense.
All About Health gets five stars too for one selling the various balls at a reasonable price and making them readily available and for delivering them so quickly.

This is definitely a foot saver for dancers. I suffer from Morton's neuroma, so after a three hour long dance practice the balls of my feet are in a great deal of pain. This has been a great source relief for the balls of my feet. Before I used this product, I found it very difficult to dance two days in a row. It was the unfortunate case as I always had to wait for my pain and inflammation to subside. Thankfully, this is no longer the case.

My Pilates instructor turned me on to this (she's trained in the technique). I have an old injury in my left foot that has impacted my entire body over time. And not enough stability in that foot to be active with out injuring. I did 6 months of PT, which helped a lot, but I was still having issues. Using this system I have increased both the strength and flexibility of my foot, and my whole body is working better as a result. I also recommended a client with diabetes try it. She was having pain in her feet due to decreased circulation. She happily reported back that she's experiencing less pain and able to be more active as a result of using this system. Very pleased and impressed.

I bought this for my husband, he has a hammertoe and bunion. This is helping him tremendously. We've bought five other sets to give as gifts.

Don't underestimate these.
Don't underestimate these. I haven't even seen the DVD yet for training and they have helped my feet stretch and my fascia relax. I feel like my feet are better grounded and muscles are more responsive to balance. Myofascial release is very helpful to release your feet and calves and these units can help keep feet pliable. Double duty- use when blow drying my hair. I am a massage therapist so have given these for gifts to very grateful recipients. Awkward name though..not memorable..."yamooo...whaaaa?"

EXCELLENT FOR FOOT DISCOMFORT.
Yamuna Foot Wakers are great for working out the kinks in sore and tired feet. If you very slowly work each part of the foot, you will feel quite revived afterwords. It's quite uncomfortable, but no different than a foot reflexology session. There are many ways to work with them, you can sit in a chair, stand freely on them or balance your back against a wall, which I found to be by far the best method for stability and also to get the right pressure on the parts of my feet that were aching. I highly recommend these!!!

PT with immediate benefits.
Amazing. I've just re-started using it plus the video. I am starting up a flamenco dance class and found that it wreaks havoc on the balls of my feet. But doing this (and starting with chair and then progressing) already is making a difference in how my foot feels.

Yamuna is the best of this kind
Saw this at my health practitioner place, tried it, and new immediately that I must have it. Plastic is hard but flexible, base is stable and will not roll no matter how you step on them, you will work out every curve and flat parts of your feet. It is kind of expensive compare to similar foot massage rollers but this will last with everyday use, so if you compare cost to time of use (my doctor has it for about 5 years or longer) , it is a good price for it. Comes with a practice DVD, which may give you some ideas. Definitely recommend.

Foot wakers are aptly named. Great for stiff feet and my plantar fasciitis.
Wow...and ouch. For those with stiff feet or issues (I have plantar fasciitis) these are great to "wake up" (Yamuna picked the perfect name) your feet and start to gain strength and flexibility. It does all begin in the foot, and with healthy feet, you have the strength to do a lot more in life. The foot wakers themselves are smaller than other things that look like this sold on Amazon and other PT and OT stores. They are definitely built to last. While they don't "feel soft and cushy" or anything remote, they are designed to stimulate and strengthen feet, not massage them. Yamuna's DVD has great, thorough instruction with three different segments you work your way up through level 1, 2, and 3. Then you go onto the next series, foot savers which I'll review when I get there ;)

Fantastic
You are reading reviews to fathom why anyone would pay 50-70$ for a plastic massage tool. Well, I bought these over a month ago with hesitation. I have a full fusion of the bones in my mid foot and I am only a year out of my injury/surgery. I started hiking around the same time I bought these. I have been walking up to three to four miles a day without pain. I stopped using the wakers for a few days and went on my regular hike. I had a lot of pain that evening and remembered why I did not feel like exercising. Intense! I did the exercises along with the DVD and by the next day my foot is almost back to "normal." I am a massage therapist and I am also certified in reflexology. I massage my feet frequently. The wakers and routine manipulates my foot in a way I can't; I take a deep sigh of relief every time I use them. Worth every penny! Watch the DVD! Thank you, Yamuna!
