I have had many problems with my feet getting less and less flexible from years of athletic activity. Two sessions on these foot savers made such a huge difference that I am hooked!

Save your feet!! Get these.
Yoga toes are good as well.
Here the thing good people-----It has to be a life style change to see results.

It does a great job of stretching the plantar fascia, which relieves a lot of the pain of plantar fasciitis.

Only thing that helped my feet. 3 years of doctors did nothing. Bought a second pair and they go with me during the day.

These are great. I have neuropathy and using them seems to be helping

I love these as I can really get to the pain in my feet and get it worked out. They are great and will be even better when I get to using them consistently and as demonstrated. I recommend them to my friends and anyone who is motivated enough to try something new to relieve their own pain. If you are someone who likes to sit on a nail and complain about the pain, yet are unwilling to do something about it and get up and off the nail, these are not for you. Yes it takes a little effort and some time to watch the video, but the payoff is worth it.

Great product, good for balance and helpful for plantar fasciitis issues. Like that these are stable and do not roll around. The DVD instructions were very slow and once you can the general gist, it did not seem that there would be any new information and did not watch the entire program.

I bought these for myself. Didn’t expect them before Christmas. Arrived in 2 days on the 24th. These half domes will both get my feet in shape and massage them too. Will try to use regularly while brushing my teeth

These were recommended to me by my Pilates instructor for my chronically tight feet. I am a runner, and they are absolutely necessary to help me avoid pain and injury. I have a standing desk at work, and I just leave them at the office and use them daily while I work.

As all Yamuna products is excellent. Great routines.

Helping Get me Back on My Feet
Purchased these at the recommendation of my physical therapist. They work well for foot/ankle rehabilitation. I follow the PT's exercise program and they are helping move my recovery forward. Arrived promptly and in good condition.

Incredible pain relief!
I received my order yesterday and tried them out immediately. I was only able to do the first section of the DVD (I didn't have time to do the rest at that moment) but I was incredibly surprised of the results! I went through the heel work out and when I was done there was zero pain in my heels! I really couldn't believe it - I haven't been able to walk normally, due to the intense pain, for months and a few minutes using the Yamuna Foot Saver and the pain was literally gone. I can't wait to work through the entire DVD now.

Yamuna Foot Therapy
My functional physical therapist recommended the Yamuna. After two surgeries on one foot and one on the other, I've dealt with discomfort of scar tissue, hyper mobility in some joints, and a lack of mobility in others. These help work out the scar tissue and get proper movement and splay between the individual foot bones. I just use one at a time while standing and isolate the target areas as recommended by my FPT. Like others have mentioned, it's not a gentle massage when used properly. But, the results are worth some temporary discomfort.
After playing basketball a few hours, or being on my feet for the better part of the day, I'd be pretty ok until I sat down for 10-15 mins. Then, standing up after resting a short while, my first 8 or so steps were quite painful. Also, I'd get bad cramps in my arches when sitting. Swelling, cramps, and joint pain lingered more than a day when it was real bad. I'd be ok after walking around a bit. But, each time I got off my feet for a bit, I'd have to go through the same process of working out the pain when I stood and taking those first several steps gingerly. However, using the Yamuna greatly reduces the recovery time and level of discomfort. Now that I'm using the Yamuna, I feel just a little soreness and am able to skip the whole ritual of working out the soreness and pain.

Blue moons cured plantar fascitis
I worked as an Target employee for 3 months, and standing on the concrete floors for 10 hours a day (no real breaks!) resulted in the development of plantar faciatis, that never went away! I did all the usual treatments, freezing a can of coke and rolling it, stretches, orthotics, Ecco shoes, etc.. The ONLY thing that cured this, was this relatively inexpensive kit. YES, it was incredibly painful for the first, 10 times. YES, I had to do the routine, in a seated position, or with the aid of a pole, so not all my weight was bearing down. YES, I had to wear socks sometimes to reduce the sensitivity. However, this routine is incredibly powerful, if you stick with it, and use them on your own. I think this is a great theapy exercise, especially if you ice afterwards, or use heat or a foot bath before. These also work wonders on hands. Particularly with thumb pain. Put the moons on the floor, and get on your hands and knees, and press your palms into them. They are very good for deep and specific work. With regards to reducing the intensity of the sensation, on her website, she sells, purple nobby half moons, that are better for "waking the foot up" before advancing into the more specific and deeper penetration that the blue moons cause.
By the way, I talked to a Yamuna Body rolling teacher, and she said that Yamuna has a 2 hour foot routine! The tape is really the tip of the iceburg. If you really want to work on your legs and feet, work with someone trained in the system. Try her leg routine in additon to the total body dvd. The foot routine I've heard is the 10 minute warm up to the other routines. We never exercise our feet, or feel it critical until we rip an achilles tendon, etc... I think this is great! It's worth giving it a try. PLUS it's much cheaper than getting a massage or going to PT (or the perfect way to get more out of either, and continue the effects).
